CHECKING SHOW ENTRlES.—Members of the staff of the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association checking entries for the ninety-seventh Christchurch Show, which will be held on November 11, 12, and 13. Entries received for the sheep section of the show total 1465. This has been exceeded only once before, and that was for the Royal show in 1955. From left are Miss Doreen Brown, Miss M. Poff, Miss C.
