Conference Next Friday
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 25. An emergency national conference of delegates of counties will be held in Wellington next Friday to discuss the New Zealand Counties’ Association’s request to the Minister of Works (Mr Watt) that the National Roads Amendment Bill be deferred for 12 months for full consideration by all parties or referred to a committee of the House of Representatives.
