Mr Nordmeyer’s Comment
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, September 16. “I presume the Commissioner of Inland Revenue is acting within his powers to see that those who are in a position to do so, do not defeat the intention of the land and income tax laws,” said the Minister of Finance (Mr Nordmeyer) tonight, when he was asked to comment on the commissioner’s action.
