In the second round matches, played at Anzac square today, both teams came through unbeaten. The tournament concludes tomorrow. Results of today’s matches were:

UNDER-14 TOURNAMENT Brilliant Play Gives Otago Victory (New Zealand Press Association) WESTPORT, Aug. 26. Playing brilliant Soccer right through, the Otago under 14 years team won the South Island tournament, which concluded at Denniston today, going through unbeaten. There was a chance today that three teams would finish equal, necessitating two play-offs tomorrow at Westport, but Otago clinched victory by beating Nelson by 5 goals to 2. Canterbury also did not lose a game, but drew twice with Nelson and Otago, being one point behind the chairpions. This afternoon's games resulted:— Otago beat Nelson, 5-2; Canterbury beat Buller, 3-2; and Southland beat South Canterbury 2-0. Christchurch Schools Beat Wellington (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 26. A Christchurch representative secondary schools’ Soccer team trounced a Wellington side, 7-2, at Kilbirnie Park, Wellington, today. The score at half-time was 5-0.
