MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE
Man’s Death After Scuffle
(New Zealtma Press Association) HAMILTON. August 26. A man involved in a scuffle in a house at Wharepapa South about 5 pin. yesterday was found dead by a doctor who arrived some time after the incident. The dead man was Mr Manga Ngawiki, aged 66. of Wharepapa. Detective-Sergeants K. Vincent and F. G. Fraser, of Hamilton, later arrested John William Wilson. aged 42. a labourer, who was charged with manslaughter when he appeared in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court today before Mr L. M. Inglis, S.M. Wilson iMr A. R. Hil!> was remanded to appear at Te Awainutu on September 2. Bail was allowed.
