Ski-ing WIGLEY TROPHY
Win For Christchurch Club
Members of the Christchurch Ski Club, based at Arthur’s Pass, won the Wigley ski-ing trophy in a giant slalom event held at Coronet Peak this week-end. Thi* is the first time the club has won the trophy for about 10 years. Eleven teams from eight clubs including one North Island club, competed for the trophy. The Christchurch Ski Club team consisted of Antony Coberger runner-up for this year's national men’s title, and P. M. Wynn Williams. Misses Anne Latham "and Kathleen Guy.
