Jaw Broken While Training
DUNEDIN, August 23. Ken Anderson, Dunedin professional welter-weight boxer, who recently began another comeback, will not be able to fight at Christchurch tomorrow night or at Timaru next week. Anderson had his jaw fractured in two places during a sparring session with former Otago amateur welter-weight champion, Brian Casey. The mishap occurred last week during what was to have been one of Anderson's final workouts for his Christchurch bout with Tom Collins tomorrow.
