' They are Roger Fowler, the Australian light-heavyweight champion ■ and Empire Games representative, and Pat Parsons, the former NewZealand titleholder. Alter they wrestled a 12-minute limit contest on Friday night, the • referee. Charlie Stebbings, declared 'a draw on points. So did each of | three appointed judges. i Because it was late, officials applied an amateur rule allowing the : | title to go to the lighter contestant fin a drawn match. : Fowler and Parsons were stripped, towelled and put on the scales.
