Methodist Scripture Examinations
There were 670 candidates for the Scripture examinations held recently by the North Canterbury Methodist Sunday School Union. Results were: Medallists.—Junior grade: Marilyn Roberts (Somerfield). Intermediate Maureen Read (Weedons). Senior: Barbara Armitage (Edgeware road) First-grade passes were gained oy:— Junior.—lan Sirnson (Clarence Roao), Graeme Hayman (Papanui). Caro' Read (Weedons), Jan Wright (Durham Street), Janice Duncan (Somerfield), Adele Cardwell (Aldred Memorial), Barbara Trim (Aidred Memorial). • John Critchley (Mashain). Linda Buthoit (Papanui). ana Marlyn Roberts (Somerfield) Intermediate.—Marion Sanders (Durham Street). Margaret Johnson (Edgeware Road), Janet Manson (Opawa), Ruth Morgan (Sumner). Karen Moyle (Clarence Road). Kay Anderson (Redcliffs). Eileen Newport (Wakefield).
