Mr Nash Promises Decision Soon (Neto Zealana Press Association/ AUCKLAND, July 19. The University of Auckland and the Auckland Hospital Board should soon know whether or not a medical school is to be built in the city and what the Government’s intentions are in the matter An assurance to this effect was given by the Prime Minister (Mr Nash) to the University Steering Committee on Medical Education on Saturday. After being told by the committee that the present uncertainty was delaying and confusing hospital board and university planning, Mr Nash said he would confer with his Cabinet colleagues and give an answer shortly.
