I PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipara County Council has by i resolution prescribed that the fee payable for the registration of any idog in the Waipara County shall be Five shillings (5/-). ■ Public notice is further given that, to meet the cost of hydatid control and pursuant to Regulation 5 (1) of the Digs Registration (Prevention of Hydatid Disease) Regulations, 1938 (Amendment No. 5), the said Council has by resolution and with the prior approval of the Minister of Internal Affairs declared that on and after the first day of July, 1959, the fee payable in respect of the supply by the Registrar of Dogs of the approved remedy to each person registering a dog during the period ending December 31, 1959, shall be Fifteen shillings (15/-) in respect of each dog registered, subject to the provisions of clauses 2 and 3 of the said Regulation.
