Travel Association Elects Officers
Mr J. Newman (Nelson) was re-elected president of the New Zealand Travel and Holidays Association on the last day of its travel convention on Saturday. Other officers elected were: First vice-president, Mr H. M. Denton (Auckland); second vicepresident, Mr J. A. Harley • Nelson); immediate past-presi-dent, Mr E. A. Robinson (Auckland); executive, Messrs J. L. Chapmen (Wellington), L. Christie (Christchurch), T. D. Flint (Christchurch), J. H. Goding (Auckland), M. Lurie (Auckland), W. S. Mac Gibbon (Christchurch). J. C. Mackenzie, R. W. Marshall (Wellington), and H. R. Wigley (Timaru).
