Infected Farms Cleared
(New Zealand Press Association) MASTERTON, May 15. Working in drenching rain today. Department of Agriculture officials inspected all stock and cleared the two farms in the Wairarapa where the mucosal disease broke out among cattle. Today they are working on contact farms outside the affected areas but within the stock control area. The ban on racehorses leaving the district is still being enforced and Wairarapa horses engaged at the Foxton meeting tomorrow will not be there.
