Red Cross Award To Nursing Director
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) GENEVA, May 13. The International Red Cross today announced the award of the Florence Nightingale medal to Miss Flora Jean Cameron, the New Zealand Director of Nursing. The award was among 27 made to nurses from 16 countries. The medal is awarded for "exceptional devotion” during dangerous and difficult situations in time of war or public disaster.
