THIS PARTY DRESS, in a soft mousse brown moire, with a crease-resistant finish, is by John Heathcoat, of London, and is from the Fredrica collection for autumn and winter. The full skirt and high-necked bodice are gathered gently at the natural waistline. The bodice, fastened at the top with a glitter-pin, is wrapped and sewn off-centre to look as though it has a straight up-and-down front fastening.
