N.Z. House Windows Will Not Open

LONDON, May 6.
No windows in New Zealand House in the Haymarket are to open, which will exclude traffic noises and fumes. The building will be kept at an even temperature throughout the year by a complete air conditioning system. The plant in the sub-basement will circulate warm air in the winter, and a refrigeration plant will provide cool air in the summer
Perfume should be worn behind the knee to get the maximum effect, according to a panel of experts at Grasse, the centre of France’s perfume industry.
