RICH U.S. RACE TO TUDOR ERA
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright > (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) HIALEAH (Florida), Feb. 15. The English-bred Tudor Era, the horse which lost the International Stakes at Laurel, Maryland; last Sear, to Sailor’s Guide on a pro»st, won the Hialeah Turf Cup, of 100,000 dollars (about £44.642) yesterday. Tudor Era, ridden by Pete Anderson, led all the way in the mile and a half event,.to win by three lengths and a half. , ( Ekaba, ridden by K. Church, was second, with Mahan (S. Boulmetis) a neck away third. All three place-getters carried 8-2.
