(Rec. 8 P-m.) LONDON, Feb. 14. Norwich City, from the Englisn League’s third division, dung to its chance of winning the Football Association Cup when it drew 1-1 with its first division- rival. Tottenham Hotspur, in the competition’s fifth round today. A capacity crowd of 70,000—induding 20,000 fans from Norwich —packed Tottenham’s ground, and saw the first division team force a replay' with a goal by the winger, C. Jones, after the inside-right, T. Allcock, had put Norwich ahead after 63 minutes.
