(New Zealand Press Association) DUNEDIN, January 14. There was a small yarding of 261 cattle at Bumside today as against 283 the previous week. The quality of the yarding was not of a high standard, but values were up £3 to £4 above those ruling last week. There was an entry of 356 fat lambs which was smaller than last week. There was not a strong demand from butchers, with the result that freezing buyers obtained most of the yarding. The fat sheep section was much below last week when 1955 were penned as against 3377 last wfeek.
