Two Premises Entered
Thieves are still showing signs of activity in Christchurch. The police yesterday discovered two more premises broken and entered during the holiday period. The premises of West’s Dry Cleaners, Ltd., 108 Stanmore road, were broken into between January 9 and 12, but nothing was stolen. The Papanul High School, in Langdons road, was entered between January 8 and 11, entry being gained by smashing a pane of glass in the headmaster’s office door. The sum of 8s was stolen.
