CLASSES in Chinese Cooking conducted by Miss Chi Mei Hsu. have proved extremely popular in Christchurch. and arrangements have now been made to provide this service to residents of North Canterbury. Classes will be held in the Manual Training Centre at Rangiora Borough School on Friday and Saturday. 28th and 29th November, at the following times:— Friday. 28th November—7.3o p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Saturday. 29th November—lo a.m. to 12 noon: 2.30 pan. to 4.30 p.m.: 7.30 to 9.30 p.m. Enrolment will be limited to 24 persons and applications for enrolment must be accompanied by the fee of £1 10s. Applications should be addressed to the Adult Education Department, University of Canterbury (P.O. Box 1471).
