AFGHAN HOUNDS FOR RACING.—With fur flying, Afghan hounds go all-out during training at the New Cross stadium, London. The hounds are renowned for their speed and are used for hunting on the North-west Frontier of India. It is hoped that eventually Afghan hound racing will prove as popular a sport as greyhound racing is at present.
