OVERDUE SHOOTER FOUND

November 12. i A New Zealand Forest Service shooter who was overdue in the Tararua ranges was yesterday spotted by aircraft, and a rescue party is expected to bring him out tonight. The man. Christopher Main, aced about 24, of Palmerston North, was scon by the pilot of an aircraft which had been summoned yesterday -morning. When spotted ho was at the isolated Anderson hut and appeared to be fit and well. In company with Mr Bernard : Denton, of Palmerston North, an- | other forestry employee. Mr Main went into the ranges from the j Wairarapa side a week ago to replenish food supplies in the various huts among the ranges. j Both were due out on Sunday l or Monday.
