Work Nears End On One
Work has almost been com-1 plcted on the western branch of the northern relief sewer up to’ the corner of Glandovcy road and Strowan road. The eastern branch; leg. running up from where themain trunk sewer ends in St Albans street to Tomes road. The board has fixed no time for the work on the rest of Strowan road, where the City* Council plans to reconstruct the i road surface when the board’s' work is completed. However, the board has given a guarantee that the Strowan road work will bei done by March. 1961.
