Lincoln Fire Protection.— The Metropolitan Fire Board has indicated general approval of a scheme to give some fire protection to the Lincoln township. Under the Fire Services Council code it is expected that the scheme will be developed on the basis of a registration fee for all residents, a charge for fires attended, and the provision of ceritain equipment
