British Troops Thanked
(Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 11
The Prime Minister, Mr Macmillan, today sent a message of thanks to the troops who went to Jordan during the crisis there last July. The message said: “On behalf of Her Majesty's Government, 1 wish to express our thanks to all those members of the armed forces who took part, in whatever capacity, in this mission, and our admiration for the way in which they discharged their often difficult and delicate tasks."
