Road Federation Council
(New Zealand Preee Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 24. Mr Philip Proctor, managing director of Dunlop (New Zealand) Ltd., Wellington, was yesterday elected president of the New Zealand Road Federation.
The new council comprises Messrs A. W. Hamilton Brown, R. J. Laurenson, K. W. Fraser, L. S. Johns (Christchurch), F. E. Bognuda, A. Vernon (Wanganui), V. A. Draper, K. C. Carter, M. A. Craven and C. W. Harper (Dunedin).
With the exception of Messrs Johns, Vernon and Harper, the council members are from Wellington.
