Decision Reserved On Appeal
Decision was reserved by Mr Justice Haslam in the Supreme Court yesterday on an appeal by Jeal and Skurr Ltd., of Oxford, against a Magistrate’s judgment in a claim by Booth, Macdonald and Company, Ltd. Judgment for £476 for the balance of purchase money for a bulldozer was given by the Magistrate against the appellants, who also failed in a counter-claim for £5OO damages. Mr A. D. Holland, with him Mr G. C, P. Beadel, appeared for the appellants and Mr R. W. Edgley for the respondent company.
