Auckland Cup Run Likely
The Auckland Cup may be Teaka’s first test over two miles this season. His trainer, W. A. Welton, said yesterday that Teaka would be given a special preparation for the rich Ellerslie race.
Teaka will race over sprint distances at the Wellington spring meeting. Another campaigner at Trentham will be his stablemate. Olympic Flarhe.
