The office hours observed at the Board’s said office are 9 ajn. to 4 p.m., except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, when the office is closed all day. A Special meeting of the Board will be held at the Board’s said office on Wednesday, the 10th day of September, 1958, at 8 p.m., for the purpose of considering and, if the Board thinks fit, of adopting the said proposed by-laws, either with or without amendment.
