SAILING SHIP LAUNCHED AT HAMBURG—The West German Navy’s new three-masted training ship, Gorch Feck, enters the water at the Blohm and Voss shipyard in Hamburg on August 23. The barque, similar to the .ill-fated Pamir, contains heavy lead blocks to keep it on even keel in heavy seas. It will put to sea later this year with 11 officers, 56 sailors and 200 cadets aboard.
