Liquor At Airport
Sir, —Time was when New Zealand led the world in social legislation, and was not so subservient to what other peoples did. “International Standards, C.A.C.” must know that there will be swift transport from airport to homes and hotels, so why serve liquor at an airport? The pilots could claim equal rights with passengers to drink at airports. Keep dangerous intoxicants away from the airport entirely.—Yours, etc.,
FRED. T. MILES. June 20, 1958.
