HONORARY DEGREES CONFERRED.-Dr. Milton Eisenhower, president of Johns Hopkins University, congratulates the British Prime Minister (Mr Macmillan) after he had received an honorary doctor of laws degree. President Eisenhower, brother of the university’s president, was also awarded the degree.
