Deaths From Heat In India
NEW DELHI, June 21. The intense heat wave in Northern India has so far claimed more then 600 lives, according to reports reaching New Delhi today. In the region worst affected. Bihar, 50 more persons died yesterday, bringing the total of heatstroke deaths in the state to 472. Yesterday 31 more deaths were reported from Uttar Pradesh, and four in Delhi.
