Kiev Underground Railway.— The Ukrainian capital—Kiev—-i* to have its own underground railway—third underground railway, in the Soviet Union, the other two being in Moscow and Leningrad. The first section, five miles an I a half long, will link the main industrial district of the city with the river Dnieper and will have seven stations. Trains will take between 12 and 15 minutes w cover this route.
