ESTATE OF EARL OF CHADWICK
Claim To Be Made By Hamilton Man (New Zealana Pres* Association) HAMILTON, April 11. Mr G. C. Mansfield, of Hamilton, is to make an application for the estate of the Earl of Chadwick, which has been lying in chancery in London since the death of the earl’s second wife more than 20 years ago. Mr Mansfield, who has been in New Zealand since 1923, said today that he was the eldest of three sons of the Earl of Chadwick. After the death of his first wife the Earl of Chadwick, according to Mr Mansfield, married again in Germany, and on his death without issue left his estate to his second wife for her life only.
