Finishing work, such as the concrete plastering of some exterior walls, the painting and plastering of some rooms and fittin glass toplights in the walls just under the roof, has still to be done. The £20,805 concrete stand, planned to accommodate between 250 and 300 persons and covering an area of 3250 square feet consists of two storeys. The ground floor amenities inelude a casualty room, rooms far the clerk of scales, trainers and. „ drivers, a buffet for trainers and drivers and a secretary’s room. * On the second floor is the stand • k for visitors and guests, the stew- ; ards’ room, and the press and i owners’ and trainers’ room.
