I March 6. 1958. it was resolved to | make and ordain a by-law. Tlie purpose of the proposed by. 1 law is to repeal the “Malvern Cour’y By-law No. 1. 1955," which was restricted largely to Township areas, and to adopt the following as part lof the proposed by-law, with cerjtain modifications as set out in the Resolution, to apply to the whole County of Malvern. The Introductory and Parts I to 111 inclusive. Parts X to XII inclusive, and Parts XVI and XXIV, of the New Zealand Standard Code of General Bylaws (N.Z.S.S. 791): and also Parts I to XII inclusive of the New Zealand Standard Code of Building Bylaws (N.Z.S.S. 95), together with New Zealand Code of Sanitary Plumbing and Drainage By-laws (N.Z.S.S. 671); with attached related specifications, and with amendments in or made lo al! such parts.
