MOSCOW SUICIDE REPORT

Khrushchev
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Rec. 11 p.m.) ROME. March 22. The secretary to the Soviet Communist Party leader, Mr Khrushchev, committed suicide in Moscow early this month, according to the Italian news agency. Continental.
The British United Press reported today that the agency said the secretary, 39-year-old Alexander Vasilev Usov..took poison. The agency claimed the Kremlin kept the news of Usov’s sui-
cide . a close secret, “in spite of his ponularity and the fact that be was regarded in Western diplomatic circles as Mr Khrushchev’s principal technical rator.”
