Competition trophy cups were presented at the annual meeting of the Canterbury Pond and Aquarium Society. The winners were:

Baylis 2. formal pond: H. J. Graham 1, R. R. Bushby 2. Cold water aquarium, novice: H. Metcalfe. Tropical aquarium, under 16 years: David Spence. Exotic aquarium: L. Smith 1, Mrs Dodds 2. Officers elected were:—Patron, Mr Ewart Smith; president, Mr R. Bushby; vice-presidents. Messrs H. Gillard, W. Grey; secretary, Mr L. Baylis; executive. Messrs L. Smith, F. Scott, H. Graham; trustee, Mr R. M. Fail: hostesses, Mesdames J. Dodds and H. Horn; publicity officer, Mr F. Scott.
