Any person whose name appssn on the roll may:— (a) Object to his name being ini eluded in the roll on the rrtwnv that (1) His property will not. be benefited, or will be only partially benefited by the ex* penditure of the proposal loan; or (2) The property of any pence is wholly or partially omitted from the roll; or (b) Object to any matter or thing contained in the roll, or to the omission of any matter or th tow from the roll. Objections must be in writing, in duplicate, stating fully the grounds of objection, and shall be forwarded to the Malvern County Council, not later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 3. 1958, and any such objection shall be dealt with in the Magistrate*! Court.

The area of the proposed special rating area is more particularly shown on a map deposited with tM said roll; but in general, the portion of the County EXCLUDED consists of the hilly area on the western side incapable of < being supplied from the water race system: the area supplied by the Whitecliffs water race; and certain other small isolated portions.
