British-Italian Agreement
ROME, March 19. Britain and Italy have reached agreement on the principles of an understanding for co-operation on research, development and production in the field of defence, it was announced last night. The announcement was contained in a communique issued at the end of a three-day visit to Rome by the British Defence Minister, Mr Duncan Sandys.
