OBSCENE LANGUAGE Malcolm Robert McFarlane, aged Jl, a yardman, pleaded guilty to tr charge that on 7 he used obscene language in Armagh street. He was convicted and fined £5. REMANDED Mervyn Gilray Shaw, aged 24, a shop assistant, was remanded to March 10 on a charge that between December 1, 1957, and March 4, at Dunedin, he stole £5, the property of Doris May Kinnear. . * ■ Basil Raymond Borcoski, aged 21, a wireworker, was remanded ;to March 13 on a charge that on March 7 he stole a pair of nylon stockings valued at 8s lid, the property of Woolworths, Ltd. lan Clyde Pooley; aged 24, a porter, was remanded to March 10 on a charge that between December 24, 1957, and January 3, at Wellington, he stole £ll 15s 4d, the property of Charles March Rrakp.
