FORM PROSPECTS YEMAN: Best-performed two-miler in New Zealand, having won the ■1956 Auckland Cup gnd the 1958 Wellington Cup. Firmed in favour with brilliant mile at Trentham on Thursday. TEAKA: First test as two-miler, but form up to IJm. has been outstanding. CALCUTTA SWEEP: All the better for his race last Saturday at Masterton, where he was narrowly beaten. Rather unlucky second in last New Zealand Cup and his form at the distance gives him a chance at the weights. HIGHLANDER: Has benefited from his race at Masterton where he was an unlucky fourth. Good winner at IJm. and has been placed over two miles. LLANISFAIR: Unlucky second to Merry Legs in this race two years ago. Form has not been solid, but his last-start win at Franklin is encouraging.

Has thrived since winning against sprinters at Te Aroha on February 22. PRIVY COUNCIL: Recaptured his best form to win against sprinters at ‘Woodville on Feb. 22.
