BURNHAM GATES—OFFICIAL OPENING ON Sunday, March 16, 1958, at 2.30 p.m., the Minister of Defence, the Hon. P. G. Connolly, will officially open the Burnham Gates. The Burnham Gates are not a War Memorial but are dedicated to all soldiers who trained at Burnham for service to their country. An invitation has been received from the Commanding Officer, Southern Military District, for all returned soldiers and their wives to attend this ceremony and also visit the camp and inspect modern weapons and equipment.
