The Articles of Association specify the qualifications necessary for the office of Director and require at least 14 days’ notice of | candidature to be given by a person (other than a retiring Director) seeking office unless recommended by the other- Directors. Any member of the Company entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to act in his place. A proxy need not be a member of the Company. During the period of closure the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would ordinarily used the road. Period of Closure—Saturday, March 15. 1958, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Alternative provision for ordinary vehicular trraffic:— The road will be opened to ordinary vehicular traffic at 10 minute intervals. Road to be closed: Summit State Highway 75, from Gebbies pass to the second cattle stop down from Coppers Knob. . It will be an offence under the above Regulations for any person otherwise than under the authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.
