Malayan Teachers Await N.Z. Places (Rec. 11 pjn.) SINGAPORE. January 21. The “Straits Times” said today that 10 Malayan school teachers •elected two years ago for special overseas training under the Colombo Plan were still waiting for places at the University of New Zealand.
