Hot Drop-Bookful Double At Hastings

HASTINGS. January 1. r The off-course double for the opening day of the Hawke’s Bay Jockey Club’s * summer meeting at Hastings: yesterday was won by Hot Drop I and Bookful. The dividend was ' £lO7 3s 6d. There was a doubles 1 pool of £25,420, in which Hot Drop i carried 10.511 10s tickets. 392 of ' which were reinvested on the ninth I favourite. Bookful.
