Railway Road Services
Sir, —“M.C.” need not worry. We have a Minister now who will straighten things out. It takes two days to get from Hurunui to Greymouth via Christchurch. The north bus arrives in Christchurch too late for auction sales at fruit markets. It takes three days to see races or trots from Hurunui. What this bus runs on Saturday for I don’t know. It does not run for sport.— Yours, etc., FAR BACK DAN. December 29, 1957.
