ARRESTS IN ATHENS
Bomb Raids On ■ U.S. Property (Rec. 9 p.m.) ATHENS, Dec. 28. Four Greek Cypriot youths were being held in Athens today on charges alleging responsibility for the bomb explosions at two American establishments in Athens on December 13, police sources said. The Greek Minister of Justice, Mr Constantine Papakonstlnou said—without mentioning identities—that the persons allegedly responsible for the attacks had been seht to a Magistrate "who would decide on further proceedings." On December 13, two bombs exploded at Ellinkon Air Base south of Athens, injuring four American and one Greek airmen. Another bomb wrecked the United States Information Library in the city.
